So over the summer Jordan has been working on a web-site version of his Budget program he made a few years ago….. All summer he worked on programming this new site and now since school has started when he “takes a break” from school work …he works on the web site.
This is a little explanation of the site from Jordan:
Dear family and friends,
As many of you know, over 2 years ago I released Rainy Day Budget, a stand-alone desktop budgeting tool. Since its release, Rainy Day Budget has had over 35,000 downloads and many positive reviews. One limitation of the desktop application is that it is dependent on some Microsoft add-ins which caused some compatibility issues. To avoid this problem and to make Rainy Day Budget more accessible, I am happy to announce the launch of RainyDayBudget.com.
Currently, RainyDayBudget.com has similar features to the desktop version, but you can expect new features to be added in the future. A few notable improvements in the web version include: SSL encryption to keep your data secure, share a budget with any number of users for collaboration, and cross-browser compatibility (including many mobile browsers).
Hopefully you can find some use for this tool. Let me know if you encounter any problems or have any suggestions and please forward this information along to anyone who you think could benefit from it.
Thanks,
- Jordan
This is a really east to use budgeting tool and it has help Jordan and I out a TON!!!!
So here is a link to the site http://www.rainydaybudget.com/
SO if you have any questions or comments feel free to leave them and I will make sure they get forwarded on to Jordan

Over Labor day we went to St George with the Chatwin’s It was lots of fun and CRAZY hot!!!
My dad has a friend who owns a house in St George where we stayed. It was super nice!!
Brynlee LOVED her baths in the HUGE tub !!
On Saturday we went to Peach days in Hurricane. It was fun to see all the crazy things people entered in their little fair. There were lots of cute little booths and TONS of food ![]()
All our YUMMY food at Peach days.
Brynlee and Grandma Linda. Brynlee is getting lots better balance and was standing up a lot on her own.
After peach days we went swimming at this AWESOME pool in Washington. Brynlee LOVED it. It had water slides and a lazy river!!! Super fun
More fun swimming. Brynlee now loves to “HONK” our noses. She is honking Grandmas nose. ![]()
Brynlee 1st Oreo!!!! She loved it, but then, who wouldn’t . ![]()
Playing Games on Sunday.
Brynlee LOVES Mac and Cheese.
Taking a nap with Grandma.
Brynlee loves her duck toy and her duck book and has learned how to quack like a duck. Now she moves around all day quacking ("cack, cack, cack"), it is super cute. It was such a fun weekend. Thanks mom and dad!!!
The only good thing about summer coming to an end is that it is the start of FOOTBALL!!!!! Thursday was the first Utah football game of the season.
Although Brynlee did not go to the game with us, she was all decked out in her Utah attire. You may recognize this outfit from last years football season. It is a size 3-6 months….. it is almost too short, but still fits.
On Thursday I met Jordan down at the school. We went and got our MUSS food. Yummy hamburgers from Red Robin. Our seats aren’t as good as Jordan’s last year, but it is still so fun to be at the game.
It was a great game…. a real nail-bitter. I am WAY excited for this season.!!!!! I sit by some AWESOME drunk people…… it makes the game even more interesting. There was the best sign at the game ….It said: “ Being independent = No one likes you!!!!!” Oh it made us all laugh. We sure love football!!!!
GO UTES!!!
