Happy big 3-0 JORDAN

Well we had my FAVORITE day of the year. Jordan's birthday. I told Jordan I would get a sitter one night and we could go to dinner. So I decided to surprise him. Well as I waited at the train station I decided to scare/ surprise him. So I hid in the back seat of his car- maybe i got stuck. I planned on videoing the whole thing but was too distracted. I am NOT good at scaring people because I scare myself. My vantage point.

When he got in the car I grabbed him and he didn't even freak out. He is a good sport. So we went to Red Robin.

 We continued celebrating the Sunday before with a Boston creme pie at the Chatwin's.

The kids were so excited. Avery said that the real Elsa was going to come to Dad's birthday.

They always pick Dad his favorite treats.

We celebrated by going to the Utah Basketball game and pizza

Don't let Grant's smile fool you, he did not like it, it was way too loud he said.

Jam time

So in September I had a great idea to buy 2 bushels of Peaches. I planned to make jam. Well I was prego and sick and tired and SICK so Angie and I decided to peel and slice all the peaches and freeze them. The time came to make it into jam. Poor Angie had sick kids so I took care of it for us.

 The first 3 batches were Raspberry peach.

i only got burned once. I was in the middle of stirring and couldn't stop. So Brynlee got a piece of ice out of the freezer and rubbed it on the burn, Such a sweet girl

The next 2 batches were just peach. 30 jars coming right up.

SO we have plenty of jam to last for a long while. It is VERY delicious.

Basment update- Bathroom

The basement is SO close to being done, We had the cabinets installed in the bathroom. Here are the before and after pictures.

After. I LOVE THEM!!!!!

Now just the finish plumbing, the shower and a few odds and ends. We are LOVING all the space.

Swimming at the Rush Pool

Jordan had the day off so we took advantage and went to the RUSH pool. The kids love it.

They always have so much fun.

PHEW we made it. All dry and waiting for the others to be  ready.

We had such a fun time and the kids were great.

Oh yeah...... Bounce house

How have we not played with this in months..... It was a huge hit.

They even help Talmage get in.

Talmage loved it.

Avery's Field Trip

Avery had a field trip for Preschool. We went to an aviation school and learned about flying and saw planes.  The boys came with us.

Talmage did not enjoy being in the stroller. The big kiddos had fun.
