Halloween 2018

We started off Halloween with a belated birthday breakfast for Brynlee. When I cut my finger I couldn't do all I had planned. Thank heavens Brynlee is so patient and understanding. Since I only really know how to make 5 dozen cinnamon rolls we sent most of them to Lauren's Halloween party,

Talmage is a great helper and always helps me put the groceries away.
Everyone all ready for trick or treating.  It was a little cold so a few extra layers were needed

Spencer and I passed out candy.
The kids all lasted lots longer than I thought they would. They came home with SO much candy.

They are their Dad's kids. They love the data they just collected. They all graphed their candy.
Spencer was eyeing everyone's candy and we had to keep a closer eye on him.

This is EVERYONE'S candy. This picture doesn't do it justice, If you have ever seen my GIANT metal bowl in person then you know how MUCH candy they got.

Oh that face. He melts my heart.
PHEW another Halloween in the books.

Ward Carnival

Oh boy. Brynlee isn't the only one that loves her new books. I had to move them all up to the bookcase in my room because they were getting too much love from everyone.

2 cute preschooler kids ready for their party.

Jordan and the girls had rehearsal so I braved the ward party solo with the other 4. My amazing neighbors are always so helpful and they kept Spencer entertained while the kids and I went around to the carnival.
They loved the cake walk.
And the Wack-a-deacon was a HUGE hit.- Literally.

These cute girls are loving group voice.
Here goes a good chunk on my heart to the train. Lauren takes such good care of them all.

There was cotton candy at the carnival and it was SO YUMMY.

The kids with their goods

It was such a fun night.

Brynlee turns 9

Brynlee has had her cake planned for months. So when I cut my finger I was worried I wouldn't be able to finish the cakes. Luckily Jordan is amazing and helped see her vision come to life (even with my constant -and some times unwelcome guidance)

The girls had so much fun decorating and crating each emoji. Thank heavens for edible markers.
Then they helped put them all on.  Brynlee is such a  kind sister. She- almost always- willingly lets Avery help her with everything.

It turned our great.
She requested her favorite Orange fluff
SHe was so excited for all her gifts.
She definitely got spoiled.

Now she is a girl after my own heart. Cake isn't her favorite, so we made a double decker brownie cake.
The Harry Potter emoji she made me.
Silly girls with their fun Dad.
She was SO excited for ALL these books. She is a bookworm and would read ALL day EVERY DAY if I would let her.
