March wrap up

Where did March go???? It went so fast. We had lots of fun. 

The toy room is still the best place. They like being able to go outside some days now but they spend HOURS in here. ALL 4 of them

We went to Provo and had lunch with Makall on Brynlee's other day off from school.  Cafe Rio is our FAVORITE!!!!!

We went back to Makall's town house and she played the piano for them. The kids loved watching her.

The long ride home from Provo. Talmage was out. Avery was entertaining herself with ALL her sunglasses.

Talmage thinks ALL cars can go down the race track.... oh Talmage....

I love to bake with these girls. Hopefully they will enjoy baking. We always have fun.

Train adventure

  Brynlee had spring break for 2 days. The weather wasn't the best. We decided to brave the storms and head to Salt Lake and have dinner. The kids love the train.

They love riding and watching all the cars, trucks and trees. I however made a HUGE mistake. I grabbed MY coat - which hasn't been able to zip up for months. Well I quickly regretted it as it was POURING when we got off the Trax and had to walk 2 blocks to Jordan's office....oh well.

A quick snack at Daddy's work then off to dinner.

Easter 2016 - Chatwin hunt

 We had lots of fun with the Chatwin's. We had a waffle bar that was delicious and the kids made some Easter treats. They loved looking for eggs outside.

Easter 2016

So the Easter Bunny comes to our house on Saturday. All month the kids work really hard to do nice things for each other and listen. They get to put empty eggs into a large basket.- symbolic of the empty tomb when Christ was resurrected.  If they are not being good we remove eggs. All the eggs they earn are the ones the Easter Bunny fills with candy and hides. They did really good this year and got lots of candy. 

The bunny hid everything in the basement.

 I know this is blurry but Grant was SO excited.

 Jordan helped them look for the baskets.

 Once all the baskets were found and the eggs rounded up the kids opened an envelope from Mom and Dad. Each kid had a piece to a puzzle. The puzzle said to look outside in the club house.

 They headed outside and found......

 A HUGE inflatable water slide.

 They were so excited.

We had a great time celebrating with family. I am so grateful for Easter and my Savior. He does so much for me. He is RISEN.

End of March

 FINALLY more warm days. We headed to the park with friends for a picnic

 I took the boys on a donut date.... they were less than thrilled.

 I got a bunch of donut holes and Grant was upset because he wanted a triangle donut.

 Eventually they caved and ate them

 More craftiness with Avery while she was off for spring break.

 She is a great helper. She helped me cut TONS of green onions.
