Kim and Nancy come HOME

Jordan's parents served a mission for 18 months in Uganda. They saw so many miracles and blessed the lives of all they met. They strengthened all of our testimonies through their service and example. 18 months went lots faster then we thought. We got together to make signs the night before Kim and Nancy got home from Africa.

Waiting at the airport. They traveled the mission for a few days and then home with Elder Whitney Clayton of the Presidency of the Seventy. He assured us they were alive.

All the kids waiting with their signs.
I got good use out of this sign. Talmage was born while both my sisters were on their missions and while Kim and Nancy were in Africa.

Seeing Talmage for the first time.

Oh how we missed Grandma.
It isn't a Squire gathering unless there is FOOD. We headed to Robintino's and stuffed our faces.

The sign that was on the garage. - the sign on the back of the house was covered by the trees.
Almost all the granddaughters- minus the 2 oldest in their Africa skirts at the Homecoming.

We are SO proud of Kim and Nancy!!!!!

August Fun

We always have a good time playing in the toy room.

We went to Seven Peaks for mother's work party. The kids had a blast on the slides and we loved the BBQ we had for dinner

Grant got a "growing" snake from the zoo. He was so excited to watch it grow in the water. He kept checking on it every day.
 Zoo time with Grandma Linda

We went to the Kaysville splash pad. The kids liked it.

August Garden

The garden is going CRAZY!!!!! Once we got back from Colorado we had 2 MONSTER zucchini. The single zucchini plant is ALWAYS out of control.
I have been picking all the tomatoes for a while. I peel them, puree them, then freeze them. ALL that is tomatoes from a few weeks. So we put up some spaghetti sauce.

54 quarts of if. Ya we had LOADS of tomatoes. Salsa next year.
I love my Garden... we have SO many pumpkins for the fall. I just wish there were no snakes.... we have killed 16 this year...sigh... I HATE them.
