Savior of the World…. take 2

So Saturday the 26th I got to go see Jordan in Savior of the world with the Squire fam. it was a good time ( isn’t it always :) )

He got to sneak out before the show so we got a picture of him with a few family members… Jordan with Elle and Teagan.

Avery’s 6 month Pictures

Mother and I took Avery’s 6 month pictures today. I think they turned out GREAT!!!!! Brynlee had 6 month pictures in a tutu also.

I had 2 TUTU’s so we had to try them both. She liked to eat this one…..

2 Year Picture…….

Today after I put Avery down for her nap Brynlee and I went out on the porch and I snapped a few pictures. I LOVE my porch it is perfect for taking pictures because I love the rocks.

Brynlee was more cooperative then I thought she was going to be so I am glad I got a few good ones…… My MIL Nance gave her the cute outfit she is wearing and my grandma Chatwin bought her those boots. She is one styling girl

I thought they turned out good. I will have to get mother over to take a few more :) – and Avery’s 6 months pictures are on my to do list for next week I just have to decide what I want her to wear……..

Savior of the world Preview performance

Last night I got to go see Jord in Savior of the world at the conference center. WOW ..the show was AMAZING!!!! I have seen it a few times before but it was SO good. Jordan got 6 tickets to the preview performance so I took my sister Katie and my friend Christy and her sweet daughter Cassidy. Jordan’s parents also joined us :)

The show was seriously SO SO SO good. I am so grateful that Jordan is able to be a part of it. He did a great job and the entire cast is so talented! I just cried like a little girl the entire show. It do miss him lots while he has been at practices and I will continue to miss him since his cast preforms Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights. It has been such a blessing to our family for him to be a part off this amazing show. I think Jordan will continue to be a part of it for many years to come.

Way to go babe.!!!!! I am SO excited that get to go see it 2 more times :)- I wish I could take Brynlee, but she is to little, I know she would love it. She told me before I left “ have fun a daddy’s show mom”

It had such an amazing spirit and really set the mood for this Christmas season.

6 month stats…..

Avery is 6 month old!!!! ( ya I know I missed a 5 month post for her… I am a slacker) So here is the latest on Avery.

Her stats are :

Weight: 14 lbs 5.5 oz………………..……………..18%

length: 25.43 in ……………………..……………38%

Hear: 41.40cm………………………………………..20%

She is a little lady just like Brynlee was. ( she just seems SO much bigger thanks to those cheeks and thighs) Here she was at the Dr. She was a champ.

We started feeding her baby oatmeal a week or so ago and she loves it!!!

She LOVES her toys!!!!! The saucer is her favorite she will play for a good hour at least in this thing.

She is liking the bumbo more and more.

She sits up SO good. ( only about 25% of the time do I find her tipped over so that is good.) she loves being involved now with every thing that is going on.

Brynlee and Avery sure love to watch shows together …..

all the girls have had colds ( lets hope Jordan stays healthy) Avery has been such a cuddler so I have loved that.

I can’t believe she is getting so big :) she is such a good little lady!!!! Love you Avery :)

Brynlee Singing……

So the other day  I was singing Brynlee a song and she said “ no mom, Brynlee sing her self” – She then proceeded to sing all 3 verses to Teach me to walk in the light and 3 verses to I am a child of God!!!! WOW I was NOT expecting that at all. She usually will sing the words I leave out and I thought that she was doing good with that…..

Here is the 2nd verse to I am a child of God .. until she realized I was filming… then she was  a little upset :)

So after I told her we could watch the show of her singing on the computer she started singing  Teach me to walk in the light.

I asked her where she learned those songs and she said “ Mommy a for Bed” ( so to translate that means that she learned them from me because I sing them to her at bed time)

It seems like EVERY day she is getting BIGGER and BIGGER!!!!

I can’t believe how much she is learning and how much more I love her every day!!!!

She does sing a few more songs so I will try and get them on video also ……

Rollin over…..

SO after Kangaroo zoo and a fun night with Grandma Linda Brynlee was in bed. I put Avery in her jammies and wanted to see if she would roll over .

Well she TOTALLY DID from her belly to her back!!! – I think those blue sack pj’s are magic because she has yet to do it again. I can’t believe my baby is almost 6 months old!!!!

Kangaroo Zoo

On Wed  we went to Kangaroo Zoo with Alison and the girls. Tyler was out of town for 3 days for work and we wanted to do something fun!!! Before we left the girls were having so much fun playing in the toy room.

Avery is growing SO fast!!! (she is not standing by her self, you can see my hand helping her balance)

Brynlee was a little timid at first. If there were other kids on a toy she would not play on it, but as soon as she remembered how fun it was she was running around like a crazy kid….

Ada was a BIG help she would help Brynlee and hold her hand it was so cute!!!

She is just so big!!!! ( just ignore my small beat down I give to the crazy boys that were about to get creamed by Brynlee coming down the slide. )

Avery was LOVING all the fun stuff to look at. She did fall asleep so that was good.

Brynlee had been on this HUGE slide before at a birthday party but my 12 year old niece Maddie helped her. She wanted to go on it and Ada said she would help her.  So her she goes……

After Ada helped her a few times she was ready to go by her self – I KNOW crazy huh. Ada was off playing on something else and Brynlee wanted to  “ Slide a BIG slide mommy” I said go ahead and go by yourself – totally expecting her to chicken out and go find Ada…….. Well I was SO surprised when she started climbing her self ( no pictures of this because I was watching so closely. I figured she would get to the top and forget what to do and start crying…..)

To my surprise she came sliding down a few seconds later. I was SO proud of her!!!! She did it 2 more times then it was time to go. She blew the slides a kiss and said “ see ya nother day big slide”

It was SUCH a fun day!! Thanks Al for the fun time!!!!
